How the policy works

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Email hello@bulong.app with your purchase email and receipt or order reference.

This covers the first payment, not an automatic refund of every renewal. Report duplicate charges, renewal disputes, or billing errors so they can be reviewed. Rights that apply in your location are unaffected.

Approved refunds use the payment provider. A full refund ends the related paid access and recurring billing. Processing time depends on the provider.

Never email card details, a full license key, or private recordings. Read the full terms and refund policy.
